- The American College of Tax Counsel is pleased to announce that Martin J. McMahon, delivered the Griswold Lecture on Tax Policy at the College’s 2018 Annual Meeting in San Diego. The Griswold Lecture is open to the public and all are welcome to attend. Past Griswold lectures are published in The Tax Lawyer and posted here on the College’s website.
